MMA AT-420 Flexible Structural Adhesive Black (500ml Cartridge)

MMA AT-420 is a two-part methacrylate flexible structural bonding adhesive designed for applications where substrate movement or differential thermal expansion (CTE) is a concern. It delivers high-strength, highly flexible bonds to fibreglass, steel, aluminium, stainless steel, and various plastics with minimal surface preparation.

• 10:1 mix ratio — use with a compatible dual-component cartridge gun
• Fast working time: 3–7 minutes at room temperature
• Achieves ~90% ultimate strength in 10–15 minutes
• Flexible bond — accommodates substrate movement and CTE differences
• High-strength bonds to fibreglass, steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
• Minimal surface preparation required for most substrates
• Black colour — note: not UV stable, will yellow over time (does not affect bond performance)

Ideal for bonding dissimilar materials subject to thermal cycling or vibration. Not suitable for counter-top seaming or low-energy plastic surfaces.
