MMA AT-425 Structural Adhesive Black (500ml Cartridge)

MMA AT-425 is a two-part methacrylate structural bonding adhesive formulated for high-strength bonding of fibreglass, steel, aluminium, stainless steel, and various plastics. Its 10:1 mix ratio and fast cure profile make it well suited to production bonding operations.

• 10:1 mix ratio — use with a compatible dual-component cartridge gun
• Working time: 18–28 minutes at room temperature
• Achieves ~90% ultimate strength in 50–70 minutes
• High-strength bonds to fibreglass, steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
• Minimal surface preparation required for most substrates
• Black colour — note: not UV stable, will yellow over time (does not affect bond performance)
• 500ml cartridge

Note: AT-425 is not suitable for seaming counter-tops or bonding low-energy plastic surfaces. Refer to the technical data sheet for full substrate compatibility and cure data.
