Chemlease 75 EZ is a solvent-based, semi-permanent release agent designed for composite moulding applications where consistent, high-quality release is essential. Applied by wiping on and allowing to cure, it builds a durable release layer that delivers multiple pulls per application, reducing downtime between cycles and extending tool life.

Application Guide

• Apply to clean, sealed mould surface
• Wipe on with a clean cloth and allow to cure (follow TDS for coat intervals)
• 3–5 coats recommended for new or reconditioned moulds
• Use Chemlease 15 Sealer EZ on porous or new moulds prior to application
