Carbon Fibre Quadraxial Fabric (Carbon Quad)

Carbon Fibre Quadraxial fabric combines four carbon fibre orientations — 0°, 90°, +45°, and −45° — into a single stitched multi-axial fabric. It delivers near-isotropic in-plane properties in carbon fibre, making it an efficient structural solution for applications demanding high stiffness and strength in multiple load directions simultaneously. One fabric layer replaces what would otherwise require four separate carbon plies, simplifying layup considerably.
