Carbon Fibre Double Bias Fabric (Carbon DB)

Carbon Fibre Double Bias fabric has fibres oriented at +45° and −45°, making it ideal for applications that need torsional stiffness, shear resistance, and impact resistance rather than pure axial stiffness. It is commonly used in combination with unidirectional or biaxial fabrics to build up balanced, torsion-resistant laminates. The 1270mm width suits large-format panels, boat skins, and structural shells.
